Hi Blaster.
You can put hard-drives, cd-rom drives tape backups, etc in the 2000 case.
You can use TBC's too, but not the flyer. The Flyer needs direct connection
to the computer running the FLyer software.
Basically... the other items just get power from the 2000 power supply and
mounting space. As a previous message states, you simply run ribbon
cables from the 2000 case to the 4000's scsi busses.
